SETUP MATCHES THE ORGANISATION
Club, ATO and DTO requirements are not the same.
The registration flow records the correct organisation type, training approval, authority identity and operating base before the workspace opens.
Club workspace
A club can operate as a non-training organisation or record an ATO or DTO approval where applicable.
- Organisation and legal identity
- Primary base and buildings
- Aircraft register and members
- Optional training approval details
ATO workspace
A school registered as an ATO records its authority, approval reference and training identity during setup.
- ATO status required for this route
- Authority name and reference
- Organisation-owned training foundation
- Member and access-role groundwork
DTO workspace
A DTO follows the same protected organisation setup with its declaration details and operating base.
- DTO status required for this route
- Authority name and reference
- Organisation-owned document checklist
- Branded member sign-in
AVAILABLE ORGANISATION FOUNDATION
The records needed to establish your workspace.
This release focuses on organisation identity and controlled access. Operational training and fleet-management claims remain clearly separated.
Members & access
Owner and administrator membership, role-aware organisation resources, invitation drafts and purpose-limited access seams.
Organisation records onlyAircraft register
Record fleet aircraft associated with the organisation without presenting airworthiness, availability or dispatch status.
Register, not maintenance controlBases & buildings
Keep the primary operating base and organisation locations together as part of the workspace identity.
Location foundationDocuments & compliance
Build organisation document-requirement checklists and record CAA identity and approval details supplied by the organisation.
Status is not regulator verificationBrand & member portal
Use an organisation name, colour, logo and wallpaper on a stable branded sign-in address with permanent FlightHours attribution.
Membership still requiredCommercial defaults
Keep organisation billing, notification preferences and the future student-enrolment foundation distinct from pilot subscriptions.
Owner-managed workspaceOWNERSHIP STAYS CLEAR
Membership does not expose a pilot’s logbook.
A pilot owns their personal flights, wallet, medical records and costs. The organisation owns the resources it creates. Future sharing must use explicit, dated and purpose-limited grants rather than silently broadening membership access.
